Learning the impossible with God.
Let's say you are being taught by God but it's something that your old man, your old self can't possibly understand. He is relaying a message to you, deep within your spirit, but you don't have the language to perceive that message.
Paul said in the Biblical text that God speaks to us as children while we grow up through visions, dreams, etc. But love is the end goal.
He spoke to Moses face to face and allowed him to see his back on a mountain.
He had matured to a point beyond what most on the earth had ever been.
When Peter claimed that Jesus Christ was the Son of the Most High God...what was Christ's response? He said only the Father could have revealed that to Peter. And unveiling, the curtain had been lifted, and a revelation was received. This is a gift. But how do we receive what God is revealing and planting within us?
This is akin to an allegory like Hellen Keller's transformation. In what, at first, seemed mere incoherent decoded symbols: A miracle occurs. Out of the darkness, a revelation is she received. A blind and deaf girl realized in a shining flash that the impressions put upon her were not random by any means. It was someone teaching her a language. A language that would unlock everything for her.
A faint hope is birthed. She realizes that there is a method to the madness. In the darkness, a light dawned.
Perhaps your life doesn't make much sense at the moment. There are these challenges, these difficulties that dumbfound you. Perhaps in that seeming chaos, in the burden placed upon your shoulders, there is a hidden message slowly but surely soaking your very being. Like water in a dry desert, you are being prepared for something so much greater.
God is certainly more capable than we could possibly imagine. You are learning something priceless. How to speak a language with God. A personal intimate communion. Something far more valuable than the suffering you feel.
However much you trust God, He deserves to be trusted more.
However much you believe Him, He is worthy of being believed more.
Lean into what God is teaching you and don't fight the miracle. Let it happen.
