Such a great reminder. I have this scripture on the wall in 2 different places in my home.

BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD!

It calms me down every time I see it.

Thank you!

We get wrapped up in the cyclone of the habbenings in the political storms of life. Being still in the presence of God refreshes our souls. Something that we need to do every single day. Thanks for the reminder Pepe.

Thanks for this timely reminder that God is in charge and we need to turn it over to Him constantly. This morning I caught my self ruminating over a bad situation that happened at work on Friday and my anger towards a specific person. Then my pastor said live each day like Jesus is coming now, today. Then I read this. Message received, loud and clear! ❤️

This is exactly where I am right now. The past three months have had things piling on top of each other and it got to me this week really bad. In church this morning, one of the hymns we sang was "His Eye Is On The Sparrow", which I knew immediately was a message from the Lord to me and now your post added to it. Thank you for these words of encouragement. I am surely not the only one struggling now who needs to remember God is always with us and He will see us through.

Blessings to you, Pepe. 💞 🙏🏻

23 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

There are also times where you must act--despite the danger. I faced such a time, and did the right thing at high cost. Such a peace as you do not get from anything in this world. Jesus set the example, enduring demonic mockery and prayed for His tormentors. Then he faced a horrifying and agonizing death. Three days later He was walking thru walls and rising thru the ceiling.
