Upon her passing I inherited a trove of JFK memorabilia to include original newspapers from that day & many other things.. oh if she were here today she’d be both elated & heartbroken .. elated for the truth & sad that it was at the government agencies he met his demise.

I'm in the camp of "I'll believe it when I see it" - granted, no one else has ever gotten to this point of releasing the files, but I have suspicions that in the 15 days, the IC will "scrub" or redact what they don't want released, and we're back to the beginning. I could be wrong, and hope I am wrong

The deployment of 1,500 US military troops on US soil. Breaking the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 that protects US citizens from their military. Martial Law.
Posse Comitatus only applies to using the US misery against our citizens for law enforcement purposes. In the 19th and early 20th centuries, the US Army had a pretty constant presence on the southern border for both security and punitive expeditions into Mexico for their incursions.
These are the restrictions that define the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 (according to the US Congressional paper on the Law) :
The Posse Comitatus Act prohibits the use of federal armed forces to enforce the law unless Congress expressly authorizes it
The act applies to the Army and Air Force, and the National Guard when acting in federal service.
Department of Defense regulations limit the roles of all armed services in law enforcement activities.
This is a statement of the Posse Comitatus Act :
“Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned."
There is nothing to indicate it means US Military can enforce laws within the boundaries of the US as long as the enforcement doesn't include citizens of the US.
Which, let's face it, would be a slippery slope.
I think it's important we keep our eyes on this slippery slope type step to Martial Law and other Constitutional Law being broken. Such as using Executive Orders to bypass Congress.
Trump has violated the spirit and wording of this law by sending 2,500 US Military troops to Texas.
How all the millions of illegals will be arrested and deported without involving American citizens in arrests is hard to imagine and not realistic.
One of my very first memories. I was 2 years old when John F. Kennedy was assassinated. My grandmother crying was very upsetting to me and I never forgot.
I was in choir practice in Arlington Texas when the assassination of November occured, the teachers were all crying when they announced the death of Kennedy.
In my adult years as a nurse,I worked with a Doctor that was in the Emergency Room at Parkland Memorial at the time of his death.
Now I’m really nervous. The 💩Is going to hit the fan and I hope and pray that security is kicked up a lot of notches.
